Aimed at workplaces, but suitable for all, this one day MHFA Champion course gives you:

The course is usually priced at £200 but we can offer discounts to those on low incomes. Please get in touch if this applies to you.
Format
This is a one day course and can be delivered either in person or online. Learning takes place through a mix of presentations, group discussions and workshop activities. We limit numbers to 16 people per course so that the instructor can keep people safe and supported while they learn.
